Appropriate Behavior:Maintain a professional and appropriate demeanor during all interactions within the platform and during carpool trips.
2. Safety First
Personal Safety: Do not share personal information that could jeopardize your safety. Meet in public spaces when possible. Communicate using only platform built in chat.
Vehicle Safety: Ensure that your vehicle is safe, roadworthy, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Compliance with Laws: Abide by all traffic and safety laws during carpool rides.
3. Communication
Clear and Honest Communication: Be clear and honest in your communications. Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
Feedback and Ratings:Provide honest and constructive feedback and ratings for your fellow users.
4. Responsibility
Punctuality: Be punctual and reliable. Inform other users promptly if there are any changes to the ride arrangements.
Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions and behavior on the platform and during carpool rides.
5. No Illegal Activities
Prohibition of Illegal Activities: The use of Gooin for any illegal activities, including drug use, transporting illegal items, or engaging in criminal behavior, is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Respect Privacy: Respect the privacy of others. Do not disclose personal information of other users without their explicit consent.
Confidentiality: Do not record or photograph other users without their permission.
7. Reporting Violations
Reporting Mechanism: If you encounter any behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to us immediately at hi@gooin.com.
Consequences: Violations of these guidelines may result in a temporary suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
